Enjoyed my first stay so much that I chose to stay there again on a subsequent visit to Rome. Location is superb, rooms are a decent size - and they cater for solo travellers also, amenities are reasonably modern and it's clean. I personally have an issue with the colour of the loo paper (it's med. brown) and breakfast is okay also. Guilia and Yves, the employees I interacted with, are great. Both are super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and solo travellers. 👌

Relais Servio Tullio is a charming place to stay, and at walking distance of anything you want to visit in Rome. Metro station is also nearby if you want to rest your legs ;-) The hotel has only about 5 rooms that are really cosy, and they are kept really clean every day! All personnel is very very friendly and helpful. They help you with really anything you ask, and never forget to smile. Breakfast is served in the room at any hour you ask; breakfast is ok, but choices might be more extended. Also, there is only one chair in the room so it takes some creativity to create two seats for breakfast. We would really recommend Relais Servio Tullio!

This place is perfect. It's a boutique hotel right in the center with all transport nearby. The hotel was immaculate, great size and the host YVES is so charming, informative and receptive to all your needs. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

AC broken….in 2 rooms

Wanted to like this place because aside from the broken AC, the property appeared to be clean and new. There were hiccups that lead to time loss. We were relocated to an older property across the elevator hallway. No compensation or discount, mentioning we booked at such low price (It’s called last minute deal…Why that should exempt you from gesture of apology is beyond me, but ok…) I wouldn’t recommend this particular property to friends and family who want check-in to be easy and smooth. The management owns another property with 24hr front desk. Try that location instead. But this location is a no-go.

Safe and comfortable - great location and super quiet considering we were in the middle of everything! It felt like our own little apartment in the city. Staff were friendly and unobtrusive. Would recommend to all!
